A soft and cuddly toy
that will most likely join your little one on each and every adventure he or she will undertake. It is a good thing this cuddle cloth is made of soft organic cotton and can be thrown into the washing machine whenever it gets dirty. Of course you can also safely tie your baby’s favourite pacifier to it, instead of the wooden teether included in this gift set.
The baby gift set consists of:

- an A5 card with nursery quote
- a small muslin cloth
- a logo gift tag
The whale is made of soft cotton muslin, which is airy, light and breathable. The fabric carries the Oeko-Tex Standard 100 label, this means that it has been tested for harmful substances and is completely safe for your baby to cuddle and play with.
There are six colours to choose from, so your favourite colour must be between them.

To reduce the amount of waste we produce and leave behind, we have devised innovative ways to wrap your products, without using plastic and/or tissue paper.
Baby products
Will be wrapped in a soft organic cotton muslin cloth, which is perfect as an extra cuddle cloth or as a burp cloth.
Scarves
Will arrive in an African wax print fabric dust bag, which can be used for storage during travel, as reusable gift wrapping or even as a simple head wrap.

For our international customers we offer FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING on all orders over €150.
All parcels will be shipped with PostNL's insured Track and Trace Service and require a signature on delivery.
If you prefer a (next day) delivery by courier, we are able to send your parcel with DHL or UPS. For additional information and costs please send us a message using our contact form.
For our customers in the Netherlands: if a parcel is small enough to fit in your mailbox no signature on delivery is required.
SHIPPING TERMS
- After your parcel has been dropped off at PostNL you will receive a track and trace number, including an estimated delivery time.
- To ensure that your order arrives promptly and to avoid incidents, it is essential that you correctly and completely fill in your shipping address. Passionfruit and Lemonade cannot be held responsible or liable for lost or stolen packages that have delivery confirmation to the address that was provided. If such a case occurs, you (the customer) accept full responsibility to file any claims with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments. In certain cases it is necessary for the sender to contact the carrier as well. If this is the case please send us an e-mail using our contact form.
- Passionfruit and Lemonade is not responsible for misdelivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping information.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
- For shipments to destinations outside the European Union, import duties (customs duties) may apply. We accept no liability for any customs costs.
- You, the buyer, are responsible for any VAT, tariff, duty, taxes, handling fees, customs clearance charges, etc. required by your country for importing consumer goods. We do not collect this beforehand and cannot give you an estimate of the cost, because charges vary around the world.
- As an international consumer, please do your research to ensure there are no surprise charges when clearing your package through customs, and to have an idea of what the additional cost may be. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. It is your full responsibility to verify the customs and duties charges, as well as other procedures in your country prior to placing your order.
- If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
DELIVERY TIME
- Passionfruit and Lemonade does not guarantee at any time a certain delivery date or time frame for delivery for any product or order. Any listed time for a shipping method is an estimate only. For orders with deadlines please order well in advance, or contact us for the next day delivery options mentioned above.
DAMAGED GOODS
If you notice that your order is damaged upon arrival, please do not accept the package and contact us immediately.
Alternatively, please photograph the damaged packaging/item and send us an e-mail using our contact form.

Our products may vary slightly in appearance, this is the nature of handmade items and we feel this adds to their character and is not to be considered a defect.

RETURNS
We hope you are happy with what you received, but if for some reason you are not, please do get in touch immediately.
Item(s) can be returned under the following circumstances:
- You purchased the item(s) exactly as they are presented and described on the Passionfruit and Lemonade website. This means no changes in colour, pattern or size have been made to personalize your order.
- The item(s) are in the exact same condition as you received them: unused, undamaged and complete with all the original tags and labels, preferably in the original packaging.
- You can provide us with a receipt or a proof of purchase and a return number.
- Your order number

- Your return number

Please note that you, the customer, will be responsible for the shipping costs of the return parcel! When sending an item back to us, we strongly recommend using a tracked method of delivery that requires a signature on arrival, as it is considered your property until it arrives with us and we cannot accept the cost of any lost items.
Once the returned item(s) have been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Please note that if you ordered more than one item and you are not returning the whole order we will only refund the costs of the actual item you returned to us.
If your return is approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Passionfruit and Lemonade will make sure the amount in question reaches you as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after the approval of your return.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Please note that custom and/ or personalized orders can never be returned or exchanged.
Other non-returnable items are:
- Items that have been used.
- Items that have been damaged by wear.
- Items without a receipt.
- Items without a return number.
- Items that have exceeded the 14 day return policy limit.
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If you would like to return an item please contact us within two weeks after receiving your parcel. Once 14 days have gone by since we have received a delivery confirmation to the address you provided, Passionfruit and Lemonade can no longer offer you a refund.
14 days is the legal 'cooling-off' period within the EU for items bought online. Exemptions are, among others, any item that is made to order and all customized and/or personalized items.

CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel any order within 24 hours of placing it. Please send an e-mail using our contact form and let us know which order you would like to cancel.

Passionfruit and Lemonade will make sure the amount in question reaches you as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after your cancellation.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
